Compensatory allowance for the young scientists
The compensatory allowance is intended to balance the income of doctoral degree graduates within one year of the defense of the dissertation upon acceptance to the position of researcher. It is awarded competitively for two calendar years. It should make it easier for them to start a scientific career.
